Poolewe Ceilidhs Sixth Great Year! 06 June 2012 The annual series of Poolewe ceilidhs, now in its sixth year, kicks off again on June 6th with a special Diamond Jubilee celebration ceilidh featuring the ever-popular Dagger Gordon, Duncan MacGillivray and Iain MacBeath. Ceilidhs follow ever Wednesday night throughout July and August. For full details click on the external link. Jazz Pedal Harp at Poolewe Hall 23 May 2012 Monica Stadler entertains on the jazz pedal harp on May 23rd at 7.30pm in Poolewe Hall. Tickets at the door. Bistro style BYOB. Tea, coffee and home baking available at the interval. New Walks Guide for the Loch Ewe area 15 May 2012 Loch Ewe Visitor Information Centre has published a new walks guide to the Loch Ewe area. The guide contains details of fourteen of the best walks in the area, from an easy 1.5 mile stroll to a tough 16 mile hike. Copies priced just £3.50 are available from the Centre and from several shops in the Loch Ewe area.
